OVER A hundred alumni and alumnae of Alabel National Science High School gathered for the first time on December 28, 2008 to reminisce their high school moments and to formalize the organization of the ANSHS Alumni Association.
In the First ANSHS Grand Alumni Homecoming, the school’s first nine batches discussed possible projects to carry out.
With the idea of putting up something tangible, useful, and lasting, the body thought of building a multipurpose hall.
Engr. Cristina Lalisan (Batch 2001) pledged to lead the preparation of the building plan while other engineers promised to support.
Although the project appears quite enormous for the Alumni Association, elected association president Franklin Pasayloon (Batch 2000) is positive that it would be possible to construct a mini-gym if everyone will help.
Mrs. Carmencita A. Kuaya, Principal 1, thinks that the proposed project of the Alumni Association will greatly healp the school as it will be the host of the National Science and Mathematics Summit Fair in 2011.
Alumni are encouraged to make their pledges whether in the form of cash or building materials.
The construction plan and the materials needed will be posted here as soon as it is done.
