ALUMNI REPRESENTATIVES from different batches met yesterday, December 7, 2008 at KCC Mall of GenSan to discuss some details about the upcoming Alumni Homecoming on December 26.
The committee heads presented updates regarding their tasks and batch representatives reported the status of the collection of fees.
The order of events on December 26 will as follows:
I. GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING – The election of the ANSHS Alumni Association and presentation of the Proposed Constitution and By-Laws will be held.
II. MOTORCADE – Those who have cars, pick-up trucks, or motorcycles are ecouraged to bring their vehicles for the motorcade.
III. ECUMENICAL SERVICE
IV. BROTHERHOOD LUNCH
V. FUN & GAMES
VI. SOCIALIZATION DINNER – Alumni are advised to wear casual attire for this part of the prgram. Each batch must also present a 5-10-minute audio-video presentation during the Socialization Dinner.
Meanwhile, following are the proposed designs of the event t-shirt. It has been decided that we’ll use WHITE t-shirts. Contact your batch representative to specify your t-shirt size. If you have other designs to propose, please send them to ariellalisan@gmail.com.
